It's not employment that creates wealth, it's wealth that creates employment. If you give people new way of creating wealth that generates emplyment i other areas. Computers & technology was supposed to put everybody out of work since they'd do so many jobs that people did and replace people and create vast unemployment. As we've seen now it enables people to create wealth in other areas.

Start with a small things ...small things are not insignificant. Take coat hooks.  Entirely insignificant object. World market for coat hooks is much bigger than jet ingines. It becomes less trivial when you think about it in those terms.
